We are dedicated to delivering quality lawn mowing to your complete satisfaction. If you feel that our work is not satisfactory, or you think that we did not show up, simply call or e-mail a short and courteous request with pictures and we will send our lawn mowing crew back to re-mow your lawn at no additional charge – either the same day or as scheduling permits! All request must be within 24 hours for the service visit in question.

Weekly lawn service is the best way to keep your yard looking its best – but we offer bi-weekly lawn care service too. An additional $10 per trip is charged for bi-weekly mowing customers. We do offer one time service for an additional cost. Please call our office to inquire. One-time service is based on availability.
A cancel, change or skip of your lawn service must be communicated by phone or received via email before 5:00PM CST the business day before your service day to avoid a cancellation fee. Our schedules are set and routed for our crews the day before and changes that occur the day of service interrupt the routing process and prevent services available to other customers. A cancellation service fee of $23.00 will apply to customers who cancel, change or skip a service any time after 5:00PM the business day before service or on their actual service day. *Please note: If your service day is Monday, a cancel, change or skip must be communicated before 5:00PM on the Friday BEFORE.
Our mowing service crews mow Mon – Fri and our customers are assigned a specific mow day. We can not accommodate specific time request as our daily schedules are always changing and unanticipated delays occur regularly throughout the season that are out of our control.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
In the event that your card declines, we will try the card again the day before your next scheduled lawn mowing service. If the card declines a second time, we will cancel all future service until the card is updated.
Even on rainy days we try to finish our routes, unless the entire day is washed out due to torrential downpour. If rain delays your designated lawn mowing day, we will return as soon as the weather permits.
One of our top priorities is to show up on the designated mow day and that includes national holidays that fall Monday-Friday. Excluding Nov 24th-25th, Dec 24th – 25th and Dec 31st – Jan 1st
*Please note: During the weeks of Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years eve/New Years Day we run an alternative schedule and it is likely you can be serviced on a different day than your regular designated mow day. Please contact our office with any questions.
Gates: If you lock your gate, please provide us with your combination or code so we can have access to your property on your lawn mowing day. If you prefer to unlock your gate(s), please ensure they are open on your designated lawn care service day so our crew can service the entire property. If our service crew arrive and the gate is locked, they will only mow the areas they can access.
There could be an upcharge for overgrown grass if we cannot access an area regularly. We recommend you install combo locks so we can give the code to our crew on your service day.
Pets: Our lawn mowing crews are very careful about locking and closing gates, however, we cannot guarantee the safety or security of your pet. Our lawn mowing crews will not be able to notify you on their arrival under any circumstance, so we highly recommend that you secure your pet indoors or some other secure location on your designated lawn mowing day. You accept our lawn care service with this provision.
Weeds are not part of our basic lawn care service, however your maintenance crew can quote for weed eating your beds. Please contact us for more info.
Our lawn mowing crews are always careful around sprinklers – but if we break it, we’ll fix it. Contact our office within 24 hrs of damage with any questions or concerns.
Any complaints, questions or concerns must be communicated with our office within 24 hours of the service in question. We also require one or more pictures be emailed to email@example.com in order to properly address the issue with our crew and before any credits will be issued.Any complaints, questions or concerns that are not communicated within 24 hours of your last service will be addressed on your next scheduled service.
Grass that is above average height and overgrown will result in additional charges, delayed service or no service.We consider turf growth 7+ inches to be above average.For more details, please contact our office.
